Probable Cause

On July 22, 2025, officers were sent to Village Green Landscapes at [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County on a burglary. Officers spoke to the business owner who discovered the door to the commercial building had been damaged. The door handle had been turned in a manner that allowed two people to enter the building. The building alarm system went off when the two people entered and scared them away. The owner did not think anything had been stolen based on how quickly the people fled after the alarm went off.

Surveillance video showed MOO SAY [DOB REDACTED] approached the door that morning around 4:46 AM. Say worked on opening the door while another man stood nearby watching. Say opened the door and started to enter. Say and the other man got spooked and quickly closed the door and left the area likely in response to the alarm. Say is currently in custody on other charges.
