Deshea Evett Abelt

On or about 4/4/26 at around 4:50 P.M., officers responded to a report of a domestic with weapons at an apartment building on the 1300 block of Olson Memorial Highway in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN. Victim [NAME REDACTED] had come to his apartment with a knife, raised the knife, and stated "You're the devil, I’m going to stab you." Victim [NAME REDACTED] was afraid that Defendant was going to stab him. Defendant had a knife on her. Officers directed her to throw it away from her, which she did.

Victim [NAME REDACTED] has an active order for protection against his mother Deshea Evett Abelt [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Defendant is currently in custody.
