A Time in Bloomington's History

We are here to honor the volunteers who built the Bloomington History Clock Tower, the care of those who maintained it, and the memories of everyone whose lives had accompanied over the past three decades. I'll be your slave for you. Bloomington Clock Tower was conceived as a way to mark the 30th anniversary of Bloomington becoming a city. It was to mark our community, it was to give us a central focus, and it was built in an area that at that time was sort of a city center area.
