Council Minute September 16

Hello Bloomington, I'm Mayor Tim Bussey and this is the Council Minute for the week of September 14th. On Monday night, the City Council took the next step in the 2027 budget process by approving a preliminary property tax levy and general fund budget. The goal around the 2027 budget is pretty simple. Sustained and enhanced the excellent quality of life we have here in Bloomington while recognizing that people and families are facing real economic pressures and that our community is changing.
