Taking pride in the challenge!

For me being a mechanic of Metro Transit something I really take pride in. The work offers kind of a new set of challenges. We're learning the ins and outs of advanced diagnostics off where some of the battery management systems and kind of learning the high voltage safety precautions that it takes to work on these buses. It offers some variety and it's pushing mechanics kind of level up their technical skills and kind of builds some new knowledge base.
