Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty calls on Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to turn over violent fugitive

Good afternoon. My name is Mary Moriarty. I'm the Hennepin County attorney. This afternoon, the federal court in southern Texas declined to issue an emergency order requiring Texas Governor Abbott to immediately sign the extradition warrant that would return Christian Castro to Minnesota.
