On May 18th, 2026, after a thorough investigation, the Hennepin County Attorney's Office Mary Moriarti charged an ICE agent, Christian Castro, with four felony counts of second degree assault for the dangerous weapon, as well as a misdemeanor charge of falsely reporting a crime.
