Protecting funding for stable housing

Hey everybody, this is Keith Ellison, your Minnesota Attorney General, and the People's Lawyer. Earlier this week, our office, the AGO of Minnesota, secured a decisive win for Minnesotans. A federal court of appeals rejected the federal government's requests to impose harmful restrictions on grant funding that allows tens of thousands of formerly homeless people across the country to remain in stable housing. That's a good thing.
