State of the City 2026: Public Safety

This was the scene around 4 o'clock Monday afternoon of Springwood Path in Egan. After a three-year-old boy was hit and pinned under a parked car that rolled backwards. Luke was under the car and he was unconscious. We learned afterwards that he also wasn't breathing.
