Before we jump into some detailed topics, I thought it might be interesting to start off with some fun facts about Inoka County elections. Fact number one. Inoka County is the fourth largest county in the state by registered voters with more than 243,000. That behind only Hennepin County with about 830,000, Ramsey County at about 329,000, and Dakota County with about 300,000.
