TRIP Program: Two Year Anniversary

Trip is agents that go out into the field and they are inspecting fares, providing customer service, providing some type of safety for our customers along with our employees that will have to work out in the field. Trip started, deployment out on the green and the blue lines and now we're on multiple BRT lines. Since the beginning of the program into the end of 2025, Trip had over 2 million fare inspections. I love Venture Basin because it helps me to help people move about the city.
