Good evening. I'm here to provide some details about a terrible tragedy that occurred earlier this afternoon. Today in the early afternoon, a suspect, a 24-year-old, who had been arrested by the Minneapolis Police on February 15th, related to warrants for fleeing police and being in possession of a handgun that had been modified with an auto seer, so that it could function as a fully automatic weapon, was released from the Hennepin County jail. He then came to a residence behind me shortly after having been released.
