11-3-2025 Chief O'Hara Provides Information About Fatal Shooting

My name is Brian O'Hara, B-R-I-A-N, O-Poster-F-E-H-A-R-A. I am the Minneapolis Police Chief. At approximately 10.48 pm last night, fourth precinct police officers responded to a report of a shooting of a 2,900 block of Russell Avenue North. Officers arrived in front of juvenile male who had been shot in the basement.
