Plymouth Police see increase in motor vehicle theft

Hi, I'm Jeff Stimic. I'm a sergeant with the Plymouth Police Department. Like other communities in the summer, we see an uptick and theft for models and vehicle thefts. I'm going to give you some tips to hopefully avoid that.
