Said that she went over to Habermel's residence around 10:50 PM to talk to him about the water issues.
A. B. G. Said that she went to the front door of Habermel's trailer house and knocked but did not get an answer. A. B. G. Said she then looked through the window and could see Habermel inside, so she knocked on the window and said that they needed to talk. A. B. G. Then went to the back door of the trailer house and opened the door but did not go inside. A. B. G. Added that she has keys for his residence as she takes care of it when he is out of state. A. B. G. Said Habermel came to the door, pulled a pistol and pointed it at her chest.
Habermel said, "if you don't leave, I'm going to shoot you." He also said "if you come any further, I'm going to shoot you." A. B. G. Said that she backed up to the side but continued to talk to him to see why he was acting like that. A. B. G. Described Habermel as mad and high. A. B. G. Said that Habermel looked "f***** up" and thinks that he was high due to how he looked. A. B. G. Said that she knew what Habermel looks like when he is high as they have done cocaine and party favors together. A. B. G. Said that she believed he was also not in a good mental state due to a recent breakup and how he looked.
