On January 2, 2026, officers from the Spring Lake Park Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Buchanan St NE, city of Spring Lake Park, county of Anoka, Minnesota, for a reported domestic assault after an Uber driver received a text message from an individual stating that she was being beaten and could not leave the residence for pickup. Officers made contact with Z. B. At the entrance of the residence, but Z. B. Refused entry to the officers. Eventually officers were able to enter the home and could hear a child in a bedroom with the door closed.
Officers attempted to open the door, but the door was locked. Eventually a male, later identified as Aukeem Ketorey Robinson [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, opened the door and officers observed a female, F. M. S., Victim herein, sitting in the corner facing the wall. Officers observed marks on Victim's face. Due to Defendant becoming argumentative and hovering over Victim, officers asked Victim to go outside so they could speak to her in private. While walking to a squad vehicle, Victim [NAME REDACTED] had been trying to leave the residence.
While transporting Victim [NAME REDACTED], Victim [NAME REDACTED] had been physically assaulting her for the past three days, that she had "been hit in the head at least 50 times," and that they shared a child together. Victim reported that she feared for her life if she disclosed the assault at the scene. Defendant has several prior convictions for qualified domestic violence related offenses that enhance this assault to a felony level: 1) Felony level Violate No Contact Order, Count 1, Conviction Date: 10/10/2023, Court File Number: 82- CR-19-4535 2) Felony level Violate No Contact Order, Count 2, Conviction Date: 10/10/2023, Court File Number: 82- CR-19-4535 The State requests a body only complaint warrant in this matter and requests that the Defendant be held in custody until appropriate bail and conditions of release, to include no contact orders, be set pursuant to Minn.
