Reilly Larry Dean Nagel

On or about October 17, 2025, a female victim went to the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office to report a sexual assault. The victim met with a detective and disclosed that she had met REILLY LARRY DEAN NAGEL, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant, and the two had made consensual sexual videos that they sold for money. The victim [NAME REDACTED] on October 7, 2025, the defendant had anally penetrated the victim [NAME REDACTED]. The victim [NAME REDACTED] had made it clear to the defendant that she did not consent to anal penetration.

The victim [NAME REDACTED] had consumed alcohol before the defendant came to the residence where she was staying in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. The victim had prepared food for the defendant and had taken it out to his car in the driveway. The defendant said that he had dropped his marijuana pipe. They were both outside the vehicle; the victim bent over to help look for the pipe when the defendant pulled down her pants and penetrated her anus with his penis. The victim described how after the defendant ripped her pants down, the defendant had his arms around the victim's neck and waist.

The victim described that the defendant's forearm was hooked around the victim's neck. The victim tried to pull away and to move her body away from the defendant as much as she could. The victim [NAME REDACTED] was trying really hard to not let the victim get away; the defendant pulled the victim in. The victim [NAME REDACTED], despite being skinny, was stronger than the victim. The victim [NAME REDACTED] has stronger muscles than she does, and the defendant overpowered her. The victim [NAME REDACTED] said no and told him it hurt.

The victim described a light coming from behind her that made her think that the defendant was recording the act. The victim [NAME REDACTED] in the defendant's presence after the incident. Afterward, the victim [NAME REDACTED], and she reported that her anal area was purple. When the victim told the defendant that she had bled, the defendant joked about how big his dick was. A detective made telephone contact with the defendant. The defendant stated he did not recognize the victim's name. When the incident was described to the defendant, he said it did not ring a bell because he has "fucked plenty of girls in the driveway." The defendant also stated, "I usually take videos like upon like request of consent" because he is "like a whore." The defendant claimed he videotapes approximately 85% of the time.

The defendant then said he has deleted some of his videos due to troubles in his life. As they discussed whether he would have a video to show the reported act was consensual, the defendant said he did not think he had a video of a specific female in her driveway, as the defendant usually only takes video while in a bed. The detective asked if it was described as anal sex if that would narrow it down for him. The defendant stated, "I'm kind of that anal type guy" so he would have to check his camera roll.
