The net weight of one of the bags was.15 grams and the other bag weighed 1.10 grams of fentanyl. On July 3, 2025, at approximately 8 AM, officers responded to the same senior assisted living facility on report of a burglary. Officers spoke with S. Y, “Victim 1” herein. Victim 1 stated that her vehicle was broken into overnight, and that the vehicle had some damage done to it in the ignition and dashboard area. Victim 1 reported that her ignition button was found in the cupholder of the vehicle. She indicated she believed the only thing missing was her white iPhone lightning charger.
Victim 1 received an estimate for the damage to the ignition of her vehicle, which indicated that cost to repair the damages would be approximately $616.89. On July 7, 2025, officers were dispatched to a property damage report at the same assisted living facility. The caller, “Victim 2” herein, was reporting that her vehicle was broken into. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with Victim 2. Victim 2 stated that she last observed her vehicle approximately one week prior, due to her being on vacation.
Victim 2’s rear passenger window was smashed, and the steering column appeared to have been tampered with and torn apart. Officers spoke with management at the senior assisted living facility. They advised that the building is completely access controlled, including entrance into the garage from the outside. They stated that once inside the building, anyone can gain entry to the garage from the residence hallways/stairs. Management was able to provide video footage from the night of the incidents.
