Probable Cause
On March 11, 2026, officers of the Eagan Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance caused by two people on a bus located in the City of Eagan, Dakota County, Minnesota. Officers identified one of the individuals as Cameron Davis, born on [DOB REDACTED], and placed the individual under arrest. Mr. Davis originally provided a different name with no date of birth and admitted to officers that he had done so because he had thought that he would only be issued a citation. Officers then searched Mr. Davis and located a clear glass container containing approximately 67 small light green pills with a “M” on one side and a “30” on the other, a moderate amount of a white powdery substance wrapped in multiple clear plastic bags, a piece of tin foil with a small amount of light green powder in it, a small clear plastic bag with a white powdery substance in it, and multiple transaction cards and Minnesota identification cards with nine different names on them.
A NIK test was completed on the 67 pills and these were weighed at 7.31 grams and tested positive for the presence of Fentanyl. The white powdery substance was weighed at around 4 grams and tested positive for the presence of cocaine.
