After Defendant stopped strangling Victim she reported having a coughing fit, as well as seeing blood when she spit into the bathroom sink. Victim reported that after Defendant strangled her, she went and laid down on her daughter’s bed as she was feeling lightheaded. After she had been laying in there for some time Defendant came in and questioned her about a piece of jewelry, he had purchased her. When Victim [NAME REDACTED] had thrown it away Defendant stood over her, pushed her onto her back, and strangled her for a second time.
