On March 2, 2026, at approximately 3:30 P.M., Coleraine Police Chief Jacob Beach received information from a concerned citizen regarding a video circulating on TikTok that depicted Jackson Dean Kuck assaulting his girlfriend, K. M. R. The concerned citizen advised Chief Beach that the TikTok had been deleted shortly after it was posted. However, the concerned citizen had screen recorded the video when it was first observed on TikTok. Chief Beach later reviewed the video footage, which depicts Kuck holding a phone in his left hand, filming, then begin hitting/striking K. M. R. In the neck area with his right hand.
The footage ends shortly after Kuck began striking K. M. R. The video footage then transitions into a clip where K. M. R. Is filming Kuck. The footage shows Kuck standing up in a bedroom yelling at K. M. R. While holding his phone in his right hand. K. M. R. Then appears on the video talking about having "bruises" on her arms and body. Upon conducting further investigation into K. M. R.'s TikTok account, law enforcement located a comment by another user indicating as follows: "Don't delete this. Leave him bro." K. M. R. Replied to the comment, "I had to.
He told me to take it down." The comments were posted in direct response to the now deleted video. Chief Beach then made contact with K. M. R. Via phone. She told him that the incident in the bedroom actually took place prior to the physical altercation. She stated that the altercation in the bedroom took place at her parents' house in Pengilly, Itasca County. She stated that physical altercation took place in the south parking lot of the Casey's gas station on River Road in Grand Rapids, Itasca County, on March 2, 2026, between midnight and 8:00 A.M. K. M. R. Stated that on the evening of March 1, 2026, she and Kuck had gotten into an argument about his relationship with his child's mother, at which time Kuck became very upset and began screaming at her in the bedroom at her parents' home.
She stated that Kuck then got on top of her while she was lying on her back in the bed and held her down, pressing down on her neck with one hand and holding her arm down with his other hand. K. M. R. Stated that Kuck's actions interfered with her breathing but she did not lose consciousness. She stated that while he was holding her down on the bed, his face was only a few inches from hers and he was screaming at her. She stated she could feel some of his saliva landing on her face due to how close he was to her.
K. M. R. Stated that Kuck then left her parents' residence, receiving a ride from his child's mother. She stated that she and Kuck continued arguing via text message even after he left. K. M. R. Stated that at some point during the night, she drove into Grand Rapids and was parked in the south side of Casey's parking lot. She stated that she believed that Kuck's child's mother was driving Kuck around that night, too. She stated at 3 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 3/5/2026 some point, Kuck arrived at Casey's and threw something at her vehicle, at which time she exited her car.
