Gage Rene Kirchmeier

On December 18, 2025, at 1:10 P.M., members of the Dakota County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on a residence in the City of Apple Valley, Dakota County, Minnesota. After knocking and announcing several times without a response, the members entered the residence. The defendant, Gage Rene Kirchmeier, and another individual were located inside the residence. In the bedroom both occupants were located in, agents found a crossbody bag containing a loaded Glock 43X handgun and a wallet containing the defendant’s Minnesota driver’s license.

There was a large sum of United States currency inside of the wallet and also inside of the crossbody bag. Also inside the bedroom was a phone belonging to the defendant and a phone belonging to the other individual. Also in the bedroom was a plastic bag containing tin foil and a small piece of paper. The piece of paper preliminarily tested positive for LSD. A bag containing a brown crystal substance was located, and the brown crystal substance weighed 2.60 grams and preliminarily tested positive for methamphetamine.

A plastic bag containing numerous pills was located that weighed 2.05 grams and preliminarily tested positive for methamphetamine. Under the bed in the bedroom was a plastic bag containing multiple pills weighing.49 grams that preliminarily tested positive for fentanyl. Multiple containers of suspected THC vapes and wax were located in the bedroom.
