On or about March 10, 2026, a female (victim) reported that CORY PATRICK JOHN HOGAN, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant, had sexually assaulted her. The victim [NAME REDACTED] at her residence in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, she and the defendant had mutually agreed to have sexual intercourse the evening of March 9, 2026. They stopped due to the victim's underlying health issues. The defendant began to insult the victim, calling her a "whore" and telling her that she needed to exercise more. The two went to bed naked, and the victim [NAME REDACTED]. Around 03:00 am on March 10, 2026, the victim [NAME REDACTED] from her sleep to the painful intrusion of the defendant's penis inside her vagina.
The victim [NAME REDACTED] told the defendant no and that she did not want to do that. The victim stated she needed to use the bathroom and the defendant allowed her to get up. The victim then went to another bedroom until approximately 07:00 am. Law enforcement attempted to make contact with the defendant, but were unable to do so. The defendant has an active warrant for his arrest for Driving While Impaired in the Second Degree (Crow Wing County, 18-CR-22-3993) for failure to appear for a court appearance on 12/11/2024.
