On September 17, 2025, a Domestic Violence Protective Order was issued prohibiting Aundrae Akeem Allison, [DOB REDACTED], defendant herein, from having any contact with Victim [NAME REDACTED], Child A and Child B in 25CV602284-590 (from the State of North Carolina). Victim, Child A, and Child B are fully identified in the police reports. The order permitted Victim to travel to out of state as needed. Defendant was served with a copy of the order. After Victim [NAME REDACTED], Victim [NAME REDACTED] was granted an Emergency Order for Protection prohibiting defendant from having any contact with Victim, Child A, and Child B in 19HA-FA-25- 548. In a subsequent continuance order in the same case file, the Honorable Judge Wahi prohibited contact with limited exceptions with Victim.
Regarding the children, Judge Wahi ordered that the “father shall have parenting time with the minor children on November 26, 2025, in the State of Minnesota. Parenting time shall begin at approximately 5:00 pm. Father shall return the minor children at 9:00pm. Mother shall drop off and pick up the minor children at the [hotel].” Defendant was present for the issuance of the order. Victim, Child A, and Child B reside in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota. Child A and Child B are less than 6 years old.
On November 26, 2025, at 9:36 P.M., Victim contacted law enforcement because defendant did not return to the hotel with the children. Officers confirmed defendant was staying at the hotel with a check out date of November 27, 2025. Officers were able to identify defendant’s rental vehicle. Despite having a day left on his hotel reservation, the rental vehicle was returned to the airport. Officers confirmed that defendant, Child A, and Child B, boarded a flight to Charlotte, North Carolina, shortly after Victim brought the children to defendant.
Victim immediately filed for an Order for Expedited Relief in 19HA-FA-25-548. On December 1, 2025, the Honorable Judge O’Brien issued an order to return the minor children to Minnesota within 48 hours of the issuance of the order and granted sole legal and physical custody to Victim. On December 1, 2025, the Honorable Judge Morales also issued an Emergency Temporary Order also granting sole legal and physical custody to Victim and ordering the children’s return within 72 hours. 2 19HA-CR-25-2074 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 12/4/2025 Victim has since flown to North Carolina to obtain her children.
This Complainant is aware that on December 5, 2025, an Order for Hearing on Petition for Expedited Enforcement of Foreign Child [NAME REDACTED] in 25CV050907 (from the State of North Carolina). The order permits law enforcement to take immediate physical custody of the children. Currently, law enforcement is actively working to locate and return Child A and Child B to their mother. There is evidence that defendant is actively evading law enforcement efforts. The State is aware that numerous courts have now made findings of domestic violence.
