On November 20, 2025, at approximately 2136 hours, Richfield Police Officers located a vehicle with a KOPS alert to stop and identify as the vehicle was suspected to be utilized in a burglary. The vehicle was parked at the Speedway Gas Station, [ADDRESS REDACTED] South, Richfield, Hennepin County. Officers located the driver who was identified as ANDREW DAVID VENNEMAN, Defendant herein, inside the gas station. The Defendant stated that he was in the process of purchasing the vehicle from the registered owner.

Officers then learned that the Defendant had active felony warrants and was placed under arrest. Officers located two baggies of suspected narcotics on the Defendant's person. The contents of both baggies field tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed 1.20 grams and 3.26 grams. The Defendant currently has active warrants and therefore the State requests that this complaint issue as a warrant.
