Your complainant is Medina Police Investigator Jordan Myhre. In that capacity, your complainant has read the police reports of Medina Police Officer John Vinck and believes the following to be true: On November 17, 2025, at approximately 6:38 P.M., Officer Vinck responded to an attempt to locate an individual at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in the City of Loretto, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota. K. J. A. Reported that his son, Kameron Jackson Anderson, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant, walked away from their home and that Defendant had a felony warrant for his arrest.
While en route, Officer Vinck was told that Corcoran Police Sergeant Eckenberg was with Defendant and Defendant was walking away from Sergent Eckenberg and not following Sergeant Eckenberg’s orders. Officer Vinck arrived and met with Sergeant Eckenberg. Sergeant Eckenberg stated that he informed Defendant that Defendant was under arrest. Sergeant Eckenberg stated that Defendant then fled on foot. Officer Vinck found Defendant prone in a field. Officer Vinck handcuffed Defendant and placed Defendant in Officer Vinck’s squad car.
Officer Vinck confirmed the felony warrant and transported Defendant to the Hennepin County Jail.
