Kemal Hassan Mohamed

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has learned from the State of Wisconsin authorities that Kemal Hassan Mohamed, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, has been charged with the commission of the crime of Battery to a Law Enforcement Officer (a Class H Felony in Wisconsin), in the City of Eau Claire, Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. The defendant fled from the State of Wisconsin and came to Fergus Falls and is currently in custody in the Otter Tail County Detention Facility in Otter Tail County, Minnesota.

Defendant is the person named in the teletype information and/or warrant. The Eau Claire County, Wisconsin, Sheriff's Office has indicated they are prepared to extradite, if necessary.
