On April 18, 2026, at 1423 hours, St. Paul police officers responded to 768 LaFond, St. Paul, Ramsey County, on a report of a domestic. Officers spoke to a witness, EHS, [DOB REDACTED]. He stated a male, later identified as Travon Thomas Ferrara, [DOB REDACTED], was at the address earlier in the morning. He sat in his black Chevrolet Yukon all night harassing the resident at 768 Lafond. He was honking his horn repeatedly. He left before police arrived. He returned and was yelling at the front of the house.
He then picked up a porch chair and attempted to break the front door down. He left again before police arrived. The door and chair were badly damaged. Police photographed the damaged property. Police spoke to the resident of the address, TCS, [DOB REDACTED]. She identified the male as Ferrara. She said that he is the father of her child. She stated that he threatened to return with a gun and shoot up the house. She said that he threatens and harasses her frequently. Officers arrested Ferrara at 500 Stryker on April 20, 2026. In a post-Miranda interview, he admitted to going to TCS’s address after he had been maced.
He thought she would help him. He said he was there with some friends, but he would not identify them. He denied fighting with TCS. The estimate for the damaged property amounted to $5579.06. Ferrara has pending charges for Drive by Shooting and Possession of a Firearm by an ineligible in 62CR256450. Ferrara has four prior convictions for Aggravated Robbery in the First Degree in 2011. He has a prior conviction for Possession of a Firearm by an Ineligible Person in 2023.
