On March 2, 2026, at approximately 10:45 A.M., Ramsey County Deputies responded to New Healing Foot Spa, [ADDRESS REDACTED] E, Vadnais Heights, County of Ramsey, on an assault. Deputies arrived and were directed to the back of Jimmy’s Food and Event Center and found LX. LX had a cut to his left eye area, was bleeding, and appeared confused. There was blood on the ground in front of LX. The suspect-WEICHENG HUANG, [DOB REDACTED]-was inside the business in an office. HUANG followed a deputy outside.
HUANG had blood on his hands and near his jacket pockets. When asked what happened, HUANG said, “He hit me here, here.” HUANG pointed at his left leg and the right side of his neck. At the LEC, a Mandarin interpreter was requested for HUANG. HUANG declined an interview. Through the assistance of a Mandarin interpreter, LX and JW spoke to a deputy. JW said she and LX are employees at New Healing Foot Spa. She is in a romantic relationship with LX. On this date, they got into a verbal argument in the back parking lot.
LX said disrespectful statements to her. She called her friend, HUANG, and told him what LX said. HUANG arrived, confronted LX outside of the parking lot doors. HUANG punched LX in the face and kicked him, causing him to bleed from the face. LX said he went to the Foot Spa to visit his friend, JW. He got into a verbal argument with JW’s boyfriend, HUANG. HUANG punched him twice in the left eye with a closed fist, and kicked him once. HUANG also told LX he was going to kill him. LX said he was dizzy and had trouble concentration because he lost consciousness briefly.
LX said he could not see out of his left eye and wanted to go to the Urgency Room. A deputy reviewed video from Jimmy’s Food and Drink. In the video, LX and HUANG are seen speaking outside in the rear parking lot. LX approached HUANG and an altercation ensues. A female attempts to separate LX and HUANG. HUANG threw a punch at LX.
