On October 30, 2025, at 2039 hours officers with the Saint Paul Police Department responded to a report of shots fired at [ADDRESS REDACTED], in the city of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Officers at that scene discovered that the [ADDRESS REDACTED] address had been struck by gunfire, and approximately twenty-four spent.223 caliber rifle cartridge casings were located at the scene. No persons inside the home were injured by the gunfire. Officers were able to obtain video footage from that incident, which showed a newer-model dark colored Dodge Ram pickup truck driving in the area prior to the shooting.
The truck drives southbound on Park Street past Front Avenue. Rear brake lights from the truck are seen illuminating before going out of camera view. Shortly before the shooting, two suspects, an Asian male with dark colored hair in a puffy light-colored jacket and light-colored pants along with another suspect in darker clothing with reflective clothing on the arms, approach [ADDRESS REDACTED] walking northbound Park Street on the west side of the sidewalk. The two suspects cross the street as the Dodge Ram drives back northbound Park Street.
With its headlights off, parking just north of the intersection with Front Avenue on the east side of Park Street. The two suspects stand in front of [ADDRESS REDACTED] before the Asian male suspect in the light-colored puffy jacket produces a rifle that was tucked in the right pant leg and underneath their jacket. The other suspect hangs back while the suspect with a rifle approaches [ADDRESS REDACTED], firing multiple times into the home. The suspects then ran eastbound through the yard of [ADDRESS REDACTED] where the Dodge Ram was waiting.
The suspects get in the vehicle and the vehicle speeds northbound on Park Street. Video footage was obtained from the Tobacco Shop located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] and M Health Fairview Clinic located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] from the night of the shooting. At 2035 hours (four minutes before the shooting at [ADDRESS REDACTED]) a black Dodge RAM pickup truck with black rims, black front and rear bumpers and a black grill can be seen driving westbound past [ADDRESS REDACTED]. It stops briefly at the mouth of the southern parking lot of the M Health Fairview clinic located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] and the driver appears to be wearing a light-colored sweatshirt.
The truck then continues westbound on Front Avenue eventually stopping at the intersection with Rice Street. It turns northbound onto Rice Street, and then turns eastbound on Hatch Avenue, which is one block to the north of Front Avenue. A. X. And C. X. Are juveniles who reside at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. Later that same night, on October 30, 2025, at 2310 hours, Saint Paul Police officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Farrington Street, in the city of Saint Paul, on a report of shots fired. While officers were responding to the area, a caller located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], in the city of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota called into the Ramsey County Emergency Communication Center to report that her husband had been shot at the address.
