Council Minute September 2

Hello Bloomington, I'm Mayor Tim Bussey and this is the Council Minute for the Week of August 31st. On Monday night, the council took another look at their proposed Blumeshine Village Town Home Development near 86th Street and Old Cedar Avenue. We held a public hearing on this project at our August 3rd meeting. At that time, nearby residents raised concerns about the number of units, the height and the scale of the buildings, traffic, snow storage, open space, privacy, and how the project would fit into the existing neighborhood.
