Police Agility Test, 10/2025

I'm going to explain the Rochester Police Department police agility test. Every applicant will start in this position wearing a 15 pound vest throughout the variation of the test. Applicants start with both knees on the ground in a shooter stance. Applicants have to stand up without using their hands for support.
