To do know that Egan updates its comprehensive plan every 10 years, it guides how the city grows and develops over the next 20 years. To make that happen, city staff and planning experts are working on creating eight new master plans. We'll also update our Land use and housing plans to prepare for future growth and housing jobs and population.
