On March 19, 2026, at approximately 12:25 AM, law enforcement was dispatched to St. Cloud Hospital, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, on a report of an assault. Law enforcement arrived and spoke with Victim A, an adult female fully identified in reports, who explained that she is a hospital employee that works in the emergency department. Victim A reported she was speaking with Richard Anthony Angrimson, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, when the defendant jumped towards her and punched her with a closed fist in the jaw.
Victim A reported that she fell to the ground and started screaming. Victim A reported that the registration desk was knocked over during the assault. Law enforcement spoke with Victim B, an adult female fully identified in reports, who explained that she is a nurse that works in the emergency department. Victim B explained that she heard the defendant assault Victim A and went into the room to calm the defendant down. Victim B reported the defendant lunged at her and punched her in the left side of the face.
Law enforcement observed a red mark on Victim B's cheek. Law enforcement reviewed surveillance footage from the hospital and observed Victim A backing out of the defendant's hospital room. Law enforcement observed the registration desk toppled over and a group of nurses come out into the hallway. Victim B then goes into the doorway of the defendant's room. Law enforcement observed the defendant punch Victim B in the face and then hospital staff take the defendant to the ground. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct.
The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or about the 19th day of March, 2026, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offense(s) described herein.
