On December 2, 2025, officers of the St. Cloud Police Department were dispatched to an apartment building in the 1200 block of 14th Street North in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, for the report of a possible burglary and property damage. Upon arrival, Officer Wilson observed damage to the apartment door belonging to T. J. S., fully identified in the police reports. T. J. S. Said a female she was familiar with, Seleina Larana Gamez, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, caused the damage.
T. J. S. Reported the defendant was pounding on the apartment door and she was telling her to leave. T. J. S. Said the pounding got louder and the defendant eventually broke the door open and entered the apartment. T. J. S. Said the defendant pushed past her to confront another individual in the apartment, S. M. S., fully identified in the police reports. T. J. S. Said she continued to tell the defendant to leave the apartment, which she eventually did with a backpack she took from S. M. S. Officer Wilson spoke with S. M. S. Who said he did not want anything done and would get the backpack from the defendant at a later time.
Officers did not locate the defendant. Apartment personnel provided a damage estimate, which showed the cost of repair and replacement for the door was approximately $1,149. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute complainant's basis for believing the above-named defendant, on or about the 2nd day of December, 2025, in the City of St.
