01/26/1986 (39), violated the law as set forth herein. Douglas County Dispatch received a delayed report of a stolen motor vehicle on January 12, 2026. Alexandria Police Department Officer Shem Baker spoke with K. D. S., who reported that her Ford F150 and credit card were stolen from her camper about a week prior. K. D. S. Lives in the camper that is parked at [ADDRESS REDACTED] NE in Alexandria, Douglas County, Minnesota. K. D. S. Said when she returned to her camper, her Ford F150 pickup truck, keys, and credit card were missing.
The keys stolen included her only key for the pickup truck, a key for her camper, and an electronic fob for the camper. The keys were on a ring that was inside of her camper. The credit card was in her wallet that was also inside the camper. K. D. S. Said the Defendant did not have permission to enter her camper/residence and that she never gave him consent to use the truck. K. D. S. Recently bought the 2014 Ford F150 for $18,000.00. K. D. S. Texted the Defendant after discovering the truck and credit card were stolen and asked him to bring them back.
The Defendant gave several excuses and repeatedly said he would bring the truck back. The Defendant initially denied having the credit card but later told K. D. S. The credit card was stolen from him. The stolen credit card was used at Circle K in Motley, MN on 1/5/2026 and 1/7/2026 prior to K. D. S. Canceling it. The Defendant was in possession of the vehicle when it was located in Crow Wing County. K. D. S. Said she did not initially report the theft to law enforcement because she is afraid of the Defendant.
She said the Defendant frequently talks about killing or assaulting people and has told her that he is not afraid to go back to prison. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
