BCA alerted the Winona County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) of the Cybertips. BCA is assisting WCSO on this investigation (collectively “Officers”). Cybertip #208114060 was received by NCMEC on March 24, 2025, indicating three separate CSAM files had been uploaded to a Discord account using username "bignthiccc8nudeep," on March 23, 2025. The file named “SPOILER_qeqwe1_7.mp4” is a 43 second video depicting two female children that are approximately 11- to 13- years-old. The video shows one child [NAME REDACTED], and the second child [NAME REDACTED]. Both children are in the beginning stages of puberty, have little pubic hair, and have facial features of a child.
Cybertip #208077422 was received by NCMEC on March 23, 2025, indicating a CSAM file had been uploaded to a Discord account using username "bignthiccc8nudeep". This file is named “SPOILER_VID-20170202-WA0005.mp4” and is a 2 minute 40 second video. The video shows an approximately 11- to 14-year-old girl wearing only a t-shirt and no pants. The girl is lying on a bed while an adult male has intercourse with her. The adult male can be seen rubbing his penis against the child’s genitals and inserting his penis into the child’s vagina.
The child is in the beginning stages of puberty and has little pubic hair and is smaller in statute compared to the man. Cybertip #208147282 was received by NCMEC on March 25, 2025, indicating six possible CSAM files had been uploaded to a Discord account using username "bignthiccc8nudeep" on March 23, 2025. Three of these files meet the definition of CSAM. The file named “SPOILER_qeqwe1_6.mp4” is a 2 minute 18 second video. It shows a nude 11- to 13-year-old female child laying on a bed while an adult male has intercourse with her.
The camera zooms in on the child’s vagina. The child is in the beginning stages of puberty, has little pubic hair, and facial features and the voice of a child. Cybertip #208079963 was received by NCMEC on March 23, 2025, indicating two 5 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 3/9/2026 possible CSAM files had been uploaded to a Discord account using username "bignthiccc8nudeep" on March 23, 2025. The file named “SPOILER_1_4940643099840872677.mp4” is a 6 minute 48 second video. The video shows a 3- to 5-year-old female child sitting on a bed.
An adult male has the child touch his erect penis and put his penis into her mouth. The adult male can also be seen forcibly pushing his penis into the child’s vagina. The child has no obvious breast development, no hip development, no pubic hair, the facial features and voice of a child. The BCA used Administrative Subpoenas to identify the individual with the username "bignthiccc8nudeep" as Hugh Thomas Gill, [DOB REDACTED] (“Defendant”). A search warrant for Defendant’s apartment in the City of Winona, Winona County, Minnesota, was issued by the Court on March 2, 2026. The search warrant was executed on March 3, 2026. Officers seized Defendant’s computers and other electronics.
