All of the conduct described herein occurred within the County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota, unless otherwise noted. On October 26, 2025, at approximately 2:00am, Officer Lemenager of the Duluth Police Department was monitoring the city Milestone cameras and noticed an assault occurring outside of the Spurs Bar at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Duluth, St. Louis County, Minnesota. Footage showed a women, later identified as EIMONY TATYANA CONITO, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter referred to as the Defendant, approach, attack, and assault a female born in 2003, hereinafter referred to as the victim.
Footage showed the Defendant ran toward the victim, [NAME REDACTED] in a head lock, and began to hit the victim with a closed fist in the back of the head. The victim [NAME REDACTED] attempt to fight back. On scene, the victim had redness and swelling around both of her eyes, a scratch on her forehead, and a scratch on her wrist/hand. The victim originally opted to not seek medical attention but later went to the hospital at 10:30 that morning. The victim was diagnosed with a concussion. In speaking with Officer Lemenager, the victim [NAME REDACTED] had previously been assaulted in the area of First Avenue West and First Street on October 4, 2025 at approximately 1:19am, also by the Defendant.
Footage of this incident had been recorded by a passerby who later texted it to the victim [NAME REDACTED] on Milestone which showed the victim attempting to walk up First Avenue West away from the Defendant who appeared to be following the victim. The Defendant runs at the victim [NAME REDACTED], grabs her, then assaults her by punching and kicking her once the victim [NAME REDACTED] on the ground. In photos the victim took of herself after the incident, she can be seen to have swelling and bruising around her right eye.
Medical records indicate that the victim suffered a concussion as part of the October 4, 2025 incident as well. Since the two separate concussions, the victim [NAME REDACTED] has had to sleep an excessive amount which has effected her job and her time with her daughter. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.49, intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
