On December 19, 2025, at 2:24 P.M. Deputy Pederson was dispatched to a domestic assault at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Clearwater, Wright County, Minnesota. Dispatch advised Deputy Pederson, a fully identified adult female (Victim 1 herein) reported that her boyfriend, Antwone Kenneth Galvin, Jr., [DOB REDACTED], defendant herein, and the possible father of her unborn child [NAME REDACTED]. Victim 1 said she was bleeding. Victim 1 said she went to a neighbor’s home to get away from the defendant. Deputy Pederson went to speak with Victim 1 at which time he observed blood on the exterior door of the home she escaped to.
Deputy Pederson noticed Victim 1 had fresh red marks on both sides of her face consistent with having been hit. Victim 1 said she has been in a romantic relationship with the defendant since August of 2025. Victim 1 said she was currently pregnant. Victim 1 said the defendant stays at her residence sometimes. Victim 1 said the defendant became upset with her today after she asked him to leave the residence. Victim 1 said the defendant tried to take her phone so he could call for a ride. Victim 1 said when she resisted efforts of the defendant to take her phone, the defendant struck her head against the door repeatedly.
Victim 1 said she reminded the defendant she was pregnant at which time the defendant said he was going to kill her and the baby. Victim 1 said she believed the defendant would injure or kill her and the baby. Victim 1 said she was able to escape and ran out the front door. Victim 1 said the defendant ran after her and pushed her to the ground. Victim 1 said she landed on her stomach and scraped both of her hands. Deputy Pederson observed cuts on the hands of Victim 1. Victim 1 said she was calling 911 and went to the neighbor’s home.
Victim 1 was transported to the hospital for a check on the welfare of her unborn baby. Court records show the defendant was convicted of threats of violence in 2023 (••-CR-••-••••) and violating a harassment restraining order in 2022 (••-CR-••-••••).
