On October 27, 2025, Bloomington Police Officers responded to a damage to property report at a business located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], Bloomington, Hennepin County. The reporting party, Facilities Coordinator E. R., stated that when employees arrived to work at 0600 hours, they observed two of their vehicles had been damaged and a dock truck entered. Surveillance showed a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan owned by the business had a mobile parking lot sign smashed through the windshield and sand dumped into the gas tank causing $1,329.01 in damage.
A 2023 Nissan Rouge had a mobile parking lot sign smashed through its windshield causing $1,163.59 in damage. Multiple parking lot signs were bent over and fiberglass curb marking sticked for snow removal were removed or broken off causing $300 worth of damage. A 2025 International Dock Truck was entered and appeared someone had been staying in their briefly. A backpack was recovered from inside the truck that contained a Social Security Card in the name of ANTHONY ALLEN HARTY, Defendant herein. The Defendant was identified through DVS and another Officer who arrested the Defendant on October 30, 2025, in a similar incident that is charged in case file ••-CR-••-••••. The Defendant is seen on surveillance damaging the vehicles with the signs.
The Defendant is currently out of custody.
