KAF reported that JACKSON was physically abusive to her in the past and once broke down her apartment door. Because of this, KAF stated that she is worried that JACKSON will show up and break down her door again. KAF reported that she has trouble sleeping, keeps a knife by her bed, does not feel safe or comfortable in her apartment, and thinks JACKSON is there any time she hears a noise by 2 62-CR-26-2680 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 4/20/2026 her door. KAF sent law enforcement a screen recording of her call history, which showed approximately 100 missed calls from “No Caller ID” that she believed were from JACKSON because he did the same thing on his personal cell phone before she blocked his number.
While speaking to the officer, KAF received 10-20 back to back phone calls from “No Caller ID” KAF expressed frustration with police and wondered why JACKSON’s behavior is allowed to continue. KAF did not want things to escalate. SPPD CN: 26-052085 On April 1, 2026, at approximately 5:55 P.M., police responded to KAF’s residence. KAF told police that JACKSON continued calling her from “No Caller ID”. KAF stated that when she answered some of the calls, it was JACKSON on the other end. KAF also said that she believes JACKSON is forwarding calls to her phone because she receives phone calls asking for JACKSON. While the officer was speaking with KAF, she received a phone call from “No Caller ID”. The officer directed KAF to answer the phone and not tell the person that law enforcement was present.
KAF answered the phone and put the call on speaker so the officer could hear. KAF spoke with a male who she called “Johnny”. KAF told JACKSON to leave her alone. KAF told the officer that she is afraid of JACKSON to the point where she keeps a knife by her bedside when she sleeps and does not allow her children to keep windows open for fresh air out of fear that JACKSON would come in through the open window.
