On December 14, 2025, at approximately 6:34 A.M., Richfield Police responded to a burglary alarm at 1704 East 66th Street in Richfield, Hennepin County. Police arrived and observed that the backdoor of European Wax next door was propped open. Officers entered and observed a safe at the front of the store had been tampered with, lobby desk drawers were open, and items had been rummaged through and were lying on the floor. Police cleared the neighboring businesses as well. Police contacted the owner of European Wax, P. G., who stated she was responding to the location.
At approximately 8:40 A.M., P. G. Arrived and was able to send police still photos of the suspect from the surveillance footage. Within the photos, officers observed a female suspect with a heavy jacket, light blue jeans, a tan winter hat, and brown shoes. The female suspect was in the hallway of the business and appeared to be wearing a face mask. The female suspect is seen taking 5 iPads with the chargers from the rear cabinet and other miscellaneous items and placing them into two trash bags. Police were unable to locate the female suspect on scene.
On December 17, 2025, at approximately 5:33 A.M., a Richfield officer was in the area of 66th Street and Richfield Parkway when he observed three individuals outside of Panda Express. One of the individuals was a female that matched the description of the female suspect from the burglary photos, later identified as TRINITY ROSE LOUREY [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Officers responded and detained the individuals. The two male individuals spoke with police and relayed that Defendant had said something about taking the tablets from "somewhere around here." Police spoke with Defendant who provided a post Miranda statement admitting that she had taken the tablets.
Defendant stated she was walking behind businesses before observing the back door open and entering the business. Defendant then took 5 tablets and filled two trash bags with other items. Defendant stated she then attempted to go into another business, but the alarm went off, and she panicked and left the business. At present, Defendant is in custody.
