During his encounter with PLAMANN, Deputy Faulkner did note the odor of alcoholic beverage coming from PLAMANN. Deputy Koplin observed scratches on Deputy Faulkner’s left hand. While PLAMANN was on the ground, she was laying on snow and ice. Her pants were low, so Deputy Koplin went to pull her pants up to stay warm, and PLAMANN kicked Deputy Koplin with her right foot in the chest and chin. PLAMANN decided she was ready to go to jail and became cooperative. Deputy Koplin spoke with Miguel Lohse, who was at the residence PLAMANN was found outside of.
Lohse advised deputies that they have been drinking at Zorbaz and arrived back at the residence at approximately 0300 hours. Lohse stated that PLAMANN was at the house last night, and when they got back at 0300, they played games and drank alcohol. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
