1. Your complainant is employed by the Coon Rapids Police Department. In that capacity, complainant has reviewed official police reports and has learned substantially the following: On November 17, 2025, at approximately 1:48 A.M., officers were dispatched of a possible drunk driver traveling east on Highway 610 near East River Road, Coon Rapids, Anoka County, Minnesota. The reporting party, S. B. M. O. Said he was following a Toyota Prius, Minnesota license plate [PLATE REDACTED], which was driving all over the road, had hit traffic cones which damaged the front of the vehicle, and almost hit multiple vehicles.
S. B. M. O. Followed the vehicle where it exited on Hanson Boulevard then turned onto Gateway Drive N. W. Officer Ali located and stopped the vehicle. The officer spoke with the driver, who was later identified as Mya Faith Alle, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. In speaking with defendant, the officer detected an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from defendant. Defendant displayed glossy eyes. Defendant denied consuming alcohol, then later admitted she had one alcoholic drink. The officer did observe an open can of Angry Orchard which contained 5% alcohol.
The can was half empty and cold to the touch. Defendant showed balance and motor skills impairment on the following field sobriety tests: horizontal gaze nystagmus; walk and turn; one legged stand. Defendant subsequently blew a fail reading (.208) on a PBT tester box at the scene. 2. After being read a Minnesota Breath Test Advisory, and being given an opportunity to consult with an attorney, defendant refused to submit to breath testing. When asked her reason for refusing, defendant said "F*** you.
