On 10/31/2025 at approximately 0141 hours, Officers responded to a report of a robbery at the intersection of Lake Street and 13th Ave in Minneapolis, Hennepin County. Officers arrived and spoke with a known adult male, Victim herein. Victim then pointed out the person who robbed him, identified as Brittany Michelle Parker, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Officers placed Defendant under arrest. Officers then spoke with the Victim, who reported that while he was sitting in his car, Defendant approached his vehicle, opened the door, and entered his vehicle without permission.
Victim reported that Defendant then pointed a pair of scissors at Victim and asked him for his money. Victim [NAME REDACTED] was fearful and gave Defendant the money he had in his pocket, which was eight one-dollar bills. Victim stated that Defendant then exited Victim’s vehicle and began to walk away. Officers searched Defendant and found eight one-dollar bills and a black pair of scissors on her person. Defendant is currently in custody.
