On November 1, 2025, at approximately 3:47 A.M., Hennepin County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the 6400 block of Sibley Avenue in Fort Snelling for a disturbance. Dispatch advised a caller was heard saying someone threatened her kids and heard a male and female arguing in the background. Police arrived on scene and made contact with SHAVON KIARA RAHZELL JOHNSON [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, and her two juvenile daughters. Police also observed a male, identified as M. S., sitting at the corner of the street next to a large pile of clothing and personal items.
Police spoke with Defendant who reported she had been arguing with M. S., and he agreed to leave the residence, and a female was coming to pick him up. Defendant stated her daughters became upset and began pulling the female's car door handle attempting to open the car. Defendant stated she observed the vehicle move forward and alleged it was "dragging her daughter," so Defendant grabbed a golf club and struck the vehicle multiple times. Police spoke with M. S. Who stated he had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend, Defendant.
M. S. Stated they were fighting because Defendant saw he was texting a female. When M. S.'s ride approached, Defendant came outside and got into an argument with the female driver. Defendant then hit the vehicle multiple times. Police later received an estimate for the damage to the vehicle for $4,619.04. At present, Defendant is not in custody.
