Your Complainant is a Deputy with the Steele County Sheriff's Office. On March 6th, 2026, Adrian Armad Davis [DOB REDACTED] was taken into custody for an active warrant from the State of California by the Owatonna Police Department. On December 27th, 2024, a Warrant was issued for Adrian Armad Davis from Sacramento County, California, for Possession Paraphernalia/Drugs/Alcohol in Jail/Prison for Parole violation. The State of California indicated that it would pursue the extradition of Adrian Armad Davis if not waived.
Complainant has reasonable ground to believe that Adrian Armad Davis is the person described in the documents received from the State of California and is a fugitive from justice. Adrian Armad Davis should be brought before the Steele County District Court so he may be advised of his rights and a determination be made whether or not he waives extradition to the State of California or whether he contests and demands a hearing relative to the right of the State of Minnesota to return him to the State of California.
