On January 6, 2026, at 7:56 P.M., Chaska Police Officers were dispatched to [ADDRESS REDACTED] [APT REDACTED], in the City of Chaska, County of Carver, on a report of domestic violence. Chaska Police were dispatched because an anonymous reporting party overheard heard a male stating/shouting from the apartment, “I’m gonna f*** you up you dumb b****!” Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim, S. M. R., who stated she had an ongoing argument with Armando Orosco Jr., hereafter the Defendant. She stated that while she was working for Instacart, she had been out of the apartment for a time and the Defendant believed she was cheating on him.
Then tonight, Defendant became angry due to her refusing to renew her lease on the apartment. She stated that Defendant told her, “I’m going to f*** you up.” Defendant then called her a “drunk b****” and said, “What are you going to do?” Defendant then alarmingly said to her, “Better be thankful I don’t kill you.” S. M. R. Stated that when she then went to the bathroom, Defendant entered the bathroom, raised his hand to her twice, and stated “I could really slap the f*** out of you”. S. M. R. Demonstrated to officers how that Defendant raised his hand at her, his hand was within clear striking distance.
S. M. R. Concluding that she was scared of Defendant and believed that he was going to harm her. The Defendant was not present at the apartment but later located at the Chaska Home Depot. When located, the Defendant denied making any threats but agreed that there had been an argument. The Defendant was then arrested. The Defendant has four qualified prior domestic violence related offense convictions within the last 10 years. O ••-CR-••-•••• – Felony – Violate no contact order. O ••-CR-••-•••• – Misdemeanor – Domestic Abuse violate order for protection.
O ••-CR-••-•••• – Gross Misdemeanor – Emergency Telephone Calls/Communications Interfere with 911 Call. O ••-CR-••-•••• – Misdemeanor – Domestic Assault. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
