On or about November 20, 2025, Deputy Gasner was dispatched to [ADDRESS REDACTED], Newport, Washington County, Minnesota, to a report of a physical domestic. The deputy spoke to L. M. H., the Victim herein, who reported she had been assaulted by JOHN WAYNE BALDERSON [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. The Victim [NAME REDACTED] had last seen Defendant when she dropped him off at Red Rock Lodge. She stated that before she dropped Defendant off he had pulled her hair and pushed her face. The Victim [NAME REDACTED] was afraid Defendant was going to harm her.

Defendant and Victim [NAME REDACTED] in a romantic relationship. The deputy searched the area for the suspect and went to Red Rock Lodge with no findings. A complaint warrant is requested.
