On or about 12/18/25 a Minneapolis Park Police was on routine patrol in the area of 22nd Street E, 12th Avenue S around 1641 hours. This is located in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The officer observed a vehicle with Minnesota license plates CTB210, which routine checks showed to be a stolen motor vehicle out of Plymouth on 12/17/25. The vehicle was running with a female in the driver's seat and a male in the front passenger seat. This vehicle then parked in a driveway, and the officer observed the two parties exiting the vehicle and walking away from the vehicle into the yard of the residence.
Due to the car being a stolen vehicle, the two parties were then detained. The female suspect had the vehicle's keys on her person at this time and advised officer's her ID was in the suspect vehicle. This ID was later found to belong to Y. A. C. M. With a date of birth. Y. A. C. M. Is a real person. The female then verbally identified herself as Y. A. C. M. This was later found to be false, and the female party was correctly identified as SARA MARIE LUMBAR [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Defendant had multiple warrants.
As Defendant was being handcuffed, a hypodermic needle was found on her person. Another hypodermic needle was found in the suspect vehicle on the driver's side floorboard. A paper bindle of suspected narcotics (white powder) was found in the center console as well as the air vent on the left side of steering wheel, where Defendant was seated. In the backseat of the squad car, Defendant began passing out and due to the findings of the needle and the suspected narcotics, a search warrant was obtained for Defendant's blood or urine.
Defendant voluntarily gave a urine sample pursuant to the search warrant and that analysis is ongoing. The suspected narcotics were recovered and inventoried as the following: ITEM 343634-1 - weighed approximately 0.16 grams without packaging and field-tested positive for fentanyl. ITEM 343634-2 - contained two folded paper bindles and the first weighed approximately 0.24 grams without packaging and the second weighed approximately 0.12 grams without packaging and field-tested positive for fentanyl.
Defendant has a prior Chapter 152 conviction in ••-CR-••-••••. Defendant is currently on probation in Hennepin County as well as other counties.
